ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C challenging the order passed passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi in Crl.M.P.No.1720 of 2015 by which the petitioner was directed to execute a bond for Rs.5,00,000/-.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not have any means to execute a bond for Rs.5,00,000/- and he is ready to execute a bond for Rs.2 lakhs.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.3 in the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P.No.1720 of 2015. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs only).

5. With the above modification, this petition is disposed of.
