ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 16.07.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has purchased the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 25.09.2018. Thereafter the petitioner had applied for issuance of patta and an order was also passed by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar on 09.10.2018 for grant of patta in favour of the petitioner.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of this order, the name of the petitioner has not been reflected in the revenue records and a computerised patta has not been issued in the name of the petitioner. Left with no other alternative, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
