ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in S.T.C.No.2273 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakkonam, Thanjavur District.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides.

3. After making submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the submissions made and all the issues may be dealt by the trial court.

4. Considering the same this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. Taking into consideration of the fact that the case is pending from the year 2013 onwards, this court directs the trial court to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.2273 of 2013 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
