O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 6 of 2015 was registered for the offences under Sections 120(b), 419, 468 and 471 IPC and the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and file a final report and hence, he prayed for an order.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is over and final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' and referred charge sheet notice has also been served on the petitioner and hence, he prayed for dismissal.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum to work out remedy.
