ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of M.C.No.3 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur.

2. From the orders passed in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)Nos.229, 330 and 331 of 2019, it is seen that all the proceedings between the parties are pending before the Principal District Court at Srivilliputhur. However, since this is a maintenance case, it cannot be handled by the Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur.

3. Therefore, M.C.No.3 of 2020, pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, which is empowered to handle the maintenance cases.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
