O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the complaint recorded from him on 29.03.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 29.03.2015, a case in Crime No.512 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.512 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
