O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned rejection list dated 03.01.2020, after 1st level certificate verification issued by the 1st respondent and to quash the same and further direct the respondents to call for the petitioner for certificate verification as she has uploaded all the documents required by the respondents in the official website of 1st respondent for the post of Direct Recruitment of Computer Instructors Grade -I (Post Graduate Cadre).

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she has applied for the post of Computer Instructor Grade-I (PG 2/6

Cadre) through online in the month of March 2019. Thereafter, hall ticket was issued and she has also participated in the examination through online and the results were published on 25.11.2019, in which she was awarded 83.84652534 marks. Subsequently, the respondents published the short listed candidates for certificate verification. Immediately, on 05.12.2019, the petitioner has uploaded her educational qualification certificates and other certificates required by the respondents. Thereafter, she was waiting for the call letter for certificate verification. In the circumstances, the first respondent has displayed the impugned rejection order in its official website on 03.01.2020, in which the petitioner's name was found place in Serial Number 24 and the reason for rejection is HSC certificate was not uploaded. But she has submitted all the educational qualification certificates in PDF formant and uploaded the same in the official website of the first respondent within the prescribed time limit. Challenging the impugned rejection order, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that all the posts of Computer Instructor Grade-I were filled up and subsequently another notification was issued inviting applications for filling up the said post. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. Further, the petitioner has not impleaded the successful candidates in the earlier round of selection process and without impleding the selected candidates, the present writ petition has been filed. Hence, this writ petition may be dismissed for non-joinder of necessary parties.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

5. The facts in the present case are not in dispute. Admittedly, the petitioner has participated in the selection process of Computer Instructor Grade-I. Though the selection process was started in the year 2019, the same was completed in the year 2020 and subsequently all the posts were 4/6

filled up and in the absence of interim order, no relief can be granted at this juncture in favour of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
