The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to recall the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar on 04.10.2019 in CC.No.38 of 2003.

2.The petitioner is directed to file a petition under Section 70(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar to recall the warrant and on such filing of the petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
