ORDER

The present petition is filed by the defacto complainant in Crime No.25 of 2020 of All Women Police Station, Tiruchirappalli seeking for a direction to the sixth respondent to include Section 1/3

375(4) of Indian Penal Code in the First Information Report registered in Crime No.25 of 2020 and also to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 and 7 in accordance with law. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6, on instructions, would submit that the statement of the present petitioner (defacto complainant) was recorded by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli on 06.1.2021 and that based on the statement given by the defacto complainant, final report would be filed against all the accused with appropriate offences. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
