ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He further submitted that in view of the present virtual mode of hearing, endorsement could not be made in the case bundle and undertook to circulate a letter to the Registry in this regard.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
