ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 09.04.2021 and requistion letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court @ magisterial Level , Karur (FAC) vide letter in D.No.446/2022 , dated 21/04/2022, this court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.330 of 2018. 2.This Court, by order, dated 09.04.2021 directed the Court below to conclude the trial in S.T.C.No.330 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further six months time to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.T.C.No.330 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
