PRAYER :- To extend the time granted for executing sureties before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl OP(MD) No.7335 of 2019 which was allowed on 22.05.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7335 of 2019, dated 22/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that unable and hence he/she/they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
