Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.It appears that the petitioner had availed loan from the respondents/Bank and the account has now been classified as non performing asset. The petitioner would claim that he had paid excess amount by way of interest. In the same breadth, he also states that he is ready for one time settlement. 3.It is not for the Writ Court to go into such contentious issue. The learned standing counsel states that if the petitioner gives a fresh application setting forth his prayers in proper terms, the respondents will consider the same as per the existing guidelines and dispose of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks, after it is received. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
