This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the summons dated 11.12.2023 issued by the second respondent to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the enquiry, the complaint was closed, since neither the petitioner nor the third respondent/defacto complainant had produced any documents.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Thus, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
