Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by involving in a civil dispute and pass such further or other orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The petitioners seek for a direction to the the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by involving in a civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up,the learned Government Advocate submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the respondents shall not harass the petitioner and the respondents shall not interfere with the civil dispute and force the petitioner to go for compromise. 5.With the above direction this petition is disposed of.
