O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 to issue individual patta by sub-dividing the joint Patta No.2474 pertaining to land in R.S.No.401/1C1 Kovilangulam village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District in favour of petitioner and other co-owners Mookamayan and Thavasi within a stipulated time framed fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Seeking individual patta, the petitioner submitted representation to the official respondents on 26.11.2025. Since no action has been taken 2/5

on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the 4th respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 by conducting enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if there are rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
