O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint, given by the petitioner, dated 31.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused person, with a view to grab the petitioner's property, created false documents and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 31.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as dispute is civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under law.
