O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition for a direction directing the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.151 of 2010 and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that charge sheet has already been filed on 21.10.2010 and a copy of the same has also been served to the de facto complainant.

3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on 05.10.2015 the petitioner was directed to appear before the Court on the basis of RCS notice. He appeared before the Court on 05.10.2015. 4.A report of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham shows that RCS notice has been served to petitioner, however, the signature has been disputed by the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to filed protest application before the appropriate forum for other relief. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
