ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)SR No.3697 of 2026 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The name of the 2nd respondent has been printed in the cause list.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent have not raised any serious objection to 2/4

this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
