O R D E R
This petition is filed to transfer the First Information Report in Crime Nos.115 and 116 of 2014 from the file of the 7th respondent to the file of the 9th respondent or any other competent officer and to file a final report.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that insofar as Crime No.115 of 2014 is concerned, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 12.03.2015. Insofar as Crime No.116 of 2014 is concerned, investigation has been completed and the same was closed as 'Mistake of fact'. Therefore, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
