This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the existing civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 04.12.2017 itself, as the dispute is civil in nature and hence the question of interfering in existing civil dispute does not arise. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
