ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a declaration to declare that the agreement of the fourth respondent dated 12.12.2023 in respect of Donor Work in Arulmigu Vaala Gurunatha Swami Temple,
situated at Melanesaneri Village, Sengapadai Post, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District as illegal.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the agreement that was entered into by the fourth respondent and the fifth respondent has been rescinded and a decision has been taken by the Department to carry on the renovation work at the costs of the Department.
3. The specific statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader is taken on record and in view of the said specific statement, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
