ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle the petitioner's arrears of monthly pension for a period of four months i.e., 01.12.2013 to 31.03.2014 based on his representation dated 12.12.2017 with reasonable rate of interest within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.K.Sathiyasingh, Standing counsel for TNSTC, takes notice for the respondent. By the consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner was employed in the first respondent corporation. The management owes to pay him four months of pensionary arrears for the period from 01.12.2013 to 31.03.2014. In https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 12.12.2017 also. The respondent shall pay the pension arrears together with interest at the rate of 6% within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this above direction, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
