ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to provide appointment on compassionate grounds to the petitioner, based on her representation dated 06.06.2013. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that her representations seeking appointment on compassionate grounds, due to the demise of her husband while in service, have not brought any fruitful result. Having left with no other option the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2013, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
