ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the impugned notices issued by the respondent No.4, by which, the petitioners were asked to remove the encroachments, failing which, consequential action will follow, the writ petitions have been filed.

2.In as much as the said proceedings dated 07.01.2021 is concerned, it cannot be construed as a final notice and hence, we treat it as a show cause. Consequently, the petitioners are directed to give explanation to the said notice within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, respondent No.4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. In the meanwhile, there shall be an order of status-quo as on today.

3.The Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
