The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her coconut trees, and to take appropriate legal against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
