ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2025 under the Criminal law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & others reported in (2014) 2CC 1.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit already the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2025 was enquired and the same was closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he wants to submit further documents relating to the complaint.

4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent police is directed to re-open the complaint and conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner 2/4

is directed to submit all necessary documents to the second respondent and co-operate to the enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
