To pass an order extending the period of three months fixed for depositing the mortgage amount into court in the preliminary decree dated 02.02.2010 in S.A.(MD). No.947 of 2006 enabling petitioners to deposit the mortgage amount into court in OS No. 357 of 1998 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur and to prosecute the final decree application.

This Second Appeal filed under section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code against the Judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.8 of 2004 dated 29.07.2004 on the file of the learned First Additional Disrict Judge, Fast Track, Thanjavur confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.357 of 1998 dated 24.07.2003 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur.
ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.KARMEGA KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard Mr.J.Karmega Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 385 days in filing the present review petition is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand Rupees only) to the credit of "Indian Association for Blind Trust"(Account No.495936691, Indian Bank, Tallakulam Branch, IFSC Code: IDIB000T003) before 29.07.2024. 2/3
