ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuance of a direction to the fourth respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.07.2014 and 18.07.2014, against the proposed accused viz., Manoharan, Mohan, Senthil and Ramakrishnan and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.07.2014 and 18.07.2014, FIR has already been registered in Crime No.871/2014 on 28.08.2014, on the file of the fourth respondent and the matter is under investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent Police to investigate the matter in accordance with law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(co) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
