ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in connection with the criminal case in Crime No.155 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul District, Dindigul and file the charge sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court forthwith.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.155 of 2014, which was registered for the offences under Sections 120(b), 465, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC, within the time as stipulated by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that referred charge sheet has been filed on 11.04.2015 after service of notice to the defacto complainant.
