PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.578 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and As herein, who were arrested on 06.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 306 of IPC r/w Section 3 & 4 of Tamilnadu Prevention of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, Crime No.578 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The earlier bail application filed by the petitioners were dismissed by this Court on the ground that the petitioners demanded Exorbitant Interest of Rs.13,00,000/-, even though the deceased appeared to have borrowed only a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. 3.The learned counsel for the submitted that there is no such transaction between the petitioners and the deceased. The petitioners is only doing Whole sale fruit vending business in Palani. They demanded money only due in respect of the fruit vending business. Apart from that right of the entire amount that was due to be paid by the deceased, they have not going to claim any amount from the family of deceased.

CRL OP(MD). No.1289 of 2022 Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
