For Respondent : M/s.A.Robinson Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.19560 of 2019 dated 03.01.2020 for the period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19560 of 2019, dated 03/01/2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence,/they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
