2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is not pressing these petitions and he prays that the personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with.

3. In the result, these petitions are dismissed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with except the days on which the trial Judge is insisted upon the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial court. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos. 1, 1, 2 and 2 of 2015 are closed. Since the cases are of the year 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District is directed to dispose of the cases within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
