O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already the second respondent has registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.247 of 2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C., and in that case, the petitioner was arrested and subsequently released on bail. He further submitted that now the second respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioner saying that he will be implicated in another case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that against the petitioner three cases are pending. He further submitted that the petitioner's name is included in the history sheet, but he has not been harassed as alleged.
