This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2018 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the case has already been registered in Crime No.46 of 2018 under Sections 294 (b) and 506(i) IPC.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
