Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBYLINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court dated 13.12.2018. The petitioner ought to have executed sureties with in a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The learned counsel would submit that now sureties are available and he is ready

to comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court to comply with the directions imposed vide order dated 13.12.2018 in Crl.O.P.
