ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C., in Crime No.289 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have committed theft of two goats worth of Rs.30,000/-, belongs to the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. CRL OP(MD). No.1132 of 2023 the petitioner and other accused have committed theft of two goats worth of Rs.30,000/-, which belongs to the de-facto complainant. He would further submit that there are five previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner and hence, he would oppose for grant of anticipatory bail.

5.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

6.Taking into consideration the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
