This Criminal Original petition has been filedto direct the respondents to register an FIR on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has caused damage to the graveyard, which was constructed by the petitioner and caused damage to the value of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 23.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
