ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is seen that this petitioner / Govindaraj earlier approached this Court by way of filing an anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.

21048 of 2014 along with 3 others, namely, Sangeetha, Angammal and Ponnusamy and the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.01.2015 in respect of this petitioner / Govindaraj and others were granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The previous anticipatory bail petition has been filed through an Advocate Mr.M.Suresh. The filing of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21048 of 2014 has been suppressed in this case and stated in the affidavit that this is the 1st anticipatory bail application.
