O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.06.2015 and complete the investigation of the matter within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given complaint to the second respondent on 04.06.2015 against the proposed accused, but the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and during enquiry, both parties agreed to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief and therefore, recording the same, the enquiry has bas been closed.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
