This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to return the certificates of the petitioner along with the salary payable to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- as requested in the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents agreed to return the certificates to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is not inclined to insist for the salary to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the certificates, which were collected from the petitioner at the time of

employment, will be handed over to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to return the certificates, which have been collected and kept in the custody of the 2nd respondent Management, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is permitted to collect the certificates from the second respondent in the college campus. No costs.
