ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2017 under Sections 294(b), 494 and 506(2) IPC dated 30.11.2017 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed Charge Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and the same is taken on file in C.C.NO.141 of 2018.
