ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to restore the fencing stone in the petitioner's property in Survey No.362/12D at Sivagnanapuram Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Thenkasi District subsequently protection to petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had earlier given a complaint against the fourth respondent and based on the earlier complaint a case in Crime No.287 of 2019 was registered as against the fourth respondent. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1385 of 2020 enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable police protection will be given to the petitioner.
