3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks and further directed not to harass the petitioner during the time of enquiry. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
