Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JOTHI BASU, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petition have been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners by orders dated 29.12.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.20976 & 20979 of 2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the accused petitioners appeared before the respondent Police on 05.01.2022 and complied with the condition only for 18 days.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed. The petitioners are directed to comply with the condition for remaining period of 12 days.
