PRAYER :- To Extend the time granted for executing sureties before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15184 of 22019 which was allowed on 23/10/2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.15184 of 2019, dated 23/10/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
