When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Tahsildar concerned, dated 16.02.2021, wherein, it had been stated that patta transfer cannot be effected in favour of the petitioner as there was suppression of material facts on the part of the petitioner. 2.In view of the same, this Court does not think that this writ petition can be kept pending anymore and therefore, the same stands dismissed.
