O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to release the registered power of attorney deed No.71/Book I 2025 dated 02.12.2025 and hand over the same to the petitioner.

2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the power of attorney deed dated 02.12.2025 was registered on 05.12.2025, the respondent refused to release same to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent would return the power of attorney deed dated 02.12.2025 to the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, this Court directs the respondent to to release the power of attorney deed dated 02.12.2025, which was 2/4

registered on 05.12.2025 to the petitioner immediately, upon receipt of the copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
