This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No. 454 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 454 of 2019 and final report has also been made ready and it will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mrs. L.Saradha, D/o.K.Lakshmanan, Sub Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District has filed

an affidavit before this Court stating that the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report if grounds are made out.
