RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP. (MD).No.7539 of 2020 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.8 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7539 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8 of 2020 on 22.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7539 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.634 of 2021 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8 of 2020 on 22.12.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
